Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is not a trial — it has no time limit. You can use it indefinitely for up to 3 spaces and 100 items.
What counts as a "space"?
Any named location in your hierarchy — a room, a shelf, a storage unit, a bin. Nested spaces each count as one.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, your data is preserved — you just lose access to paid features until you upgrade again.
Are prices per seat or per account?
Per account, not per seat. You can invite team members to your spaces under one subscription.
What is Phase 3?
Phase 3 features (offline PWA, webhook API, tenant portal) are in active development. Pro subscribers get priority access when they ship.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of any charge. Contact us and we'll refund no questions asked.
